​Ballast shot

Ballast shot is a steel or cast iron alloy with an average bulk weight of approximately 4.5 kg/dm3. Ballast shot is also available in the form of stainless granules.

Ballast shot comes in the form of spherical, irregular or angular granules. Perfectly embeds and spreads in concrete, resin or other systems. Ballast shot does not contain light dust and, when mixed appropriately, reaches a very high bulk density - up to 5.0 kg/liter.

Ballast shot in the stainless steel granulate version does not cause corrosion, rust leaks or deposits.
